England Mission Day 3

We started the morning in the Word, taking personal time in James 1:9-18 before gathering as a team for devotions. It set the tone for the whole day and was exactly what we needed before heading back into ministry.

From there it was into our second day of the Bible Holiday Club. This year the whole thing is built around ancient Rome, and the kids rotate through a Roman marketplace our team runs, with stalls for everything from mosaics and pottery to wreath making, leatherworking, togas, and carpentry. Add in the drama team bringing the story of the early church to life, from Paul in chains to the underground believers, plus games and family group time, and there's barely a dull moment all morning.

The kids were just as fun as the day before, and it's already a joy to watch them get more comfortable with us and settle into the rhythm of the week. Watching around 80 British kids dive into the Roman world and hear about Jesus through it has been one of the best parts of the trip so far.

Street Evangelism

After a full morning with the kids, we broke for lunch and then headed out for street evangelism around Oxford. These were the same streets we had walked and prayed over the night before, and today we got to step out and actually share the gospel on them. Stepping up to talk to strangers about Jesus is never easy, but it was exactly what we came here to do.

We wrapped the day with dinner together as a team.

Please be praying for every conversation we had on the streets of Oxford today. Pray that the seeds planted would take root, and for continued boldness in our team as we keep sharing throughout the week.

Here are the photos from today!

See you tomorrow!
