Wow! What a trip! There is literally so much that could be said about this trip, but a blog post would not do it justice. The internet here is iffy, so I won’t be able to upload any more videos most likely for the remainder of the trip.

Yesterday, we were able to do our final full day of evangelism at Parker’s Piece as well as Christ Piece, two popular parks in Cambridge. I (Alan) wanted to give students as much opportunity to go evangelizing with me, so I didn’t concentrate on pictures or video, I mostly concentrated on getting out and sharing with others. I had two main conversations that both lasted about 2 hours each. We approached a group of 4 teenagers, and it turned out they had just been talking about God! Two of them were Christians and two of them did not believe. We jumped right into the conversation and tried to answer every possible question that one gentleman named Ben had. He was very open, and in fact, he was on the verge of committing himself to Jesus when he said, “I don’t know what it is, I want to believe this, but something is holding me back.” It was at that point that the two Christian friends said, “That’s why you should come to IMPACT!” Impact just so happened to be the SAME NAME for their YOUTH GROUP!! How crazy is that!!

And what’s funny is that we’ve been having countless experiences like this. God is really moving in this land!

Today, we spent the day sharing and reflecting on what God has done this past week at Calvary Chapel Cambridge. It was a lot of fun, and we even had a guy that we witnessed to come to church today! What a blessing it was to share with Pastor Joey’s good friends and church family. Afterward, we got to witness a bit in the town square, and then went back to Joey’s house for fellowship and sticky toffee pudding! A great way to end a great day. 🙂
